RETURN POLICY

The Design Shop accepts returns for 30 (thirty) days after purchase. For custom items such as jewelry, ceramics, and personal commissions, no refunds will be extended. 

For furniture items, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are listed where available. The Design Shop offers additional shipping services such as white glove delivery, art shuttles, and local delivery. Please contact office@tileblush.com for personalized shipping quotes and requests. 

The Design Shop accepts custom shipping requests. We ship worldwide. Please ensure you enter the correct address as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in address. 

We offer free local pickup. Local pickup is available Mondays – Saturdays 11am-6pm at 3930 NE 2nd Ave. Miami, FL 33137.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

The Design Shop guarantees that all works sold are original works of art, handmade by the artist stated in descriptions. If necessary, The Design shop will produce a Certificate of Guarantee for a specific work. 

CUSTOM ORDERS/MADE TO ORDER

All custom orders have a production lead time of 4-8 weeks. We work hard to make the production as speedy as possible, but we can accomodate speedy production times at additional costs.
